By accessing and using the Website, the user of the Website (“User” or “you”) agrees to the Terms. GetID is providing the B2B idCredit platform, which allows customers who need or want to apply KYC measures to gain access to various identifiers and identification services, without the need to subscribe for or contract with various identifiers separately (“GetID Services” or “Services”).
The purpose of the Website is to provide you with general information and materials about the GetID Services and to enable to communicate with GetID regarding the Services.
These Terms apply only to the Website and not the GetID Services. The GetID Services are governed by different terms, agreed by the parties to such Services.

Although the GetID Services and the Website are aimed at B2B and not B2C customers, the latter clause applies without prejudice to the protection afforded to consumers by the mandatory laws of their state of residency.
